ROTATABLE MULTI-FUNCTION HANDLE
The R variations of the STIHL HS 81 and STIHL HS 86 are designed specifically for large volume cutting. They feature a cutting blade with wide tooth spacing and longer tooth height. The gearing allows a high cutting power at medium stroke rate. The R variations provide the possibility of cutting of thicker branches and completing clearing work faster and more easily.

It is possible to adjust the blade stroke using 3 settings. This means you can set the ideal blade speed for any task. The blade stroke is adjusted using the control cockpit on the rotary handle. The control cockpit rotates with the handle, so that the button is always within easy reach.

Operating very quietly, the STIHL HSA 94 R cordless hedge trimmer works with lithium-ion batteries from the STIHL AP-System, enabling you to trim hedges even in noise-sensitive areas. The rotatable multi-function handle can be turned 90° to support an ergonomic working angle for various cuts. The loop handle facilitates effortless use in every direction, and screw-on cut and tip protectors ensure safety and protects the cutting blade.


To transfer battery power, you have the flexibility to use the STIHL AP holster with a connecting cable, the STIHL carrying system, or a STIHL backpack battery. Keeping track of the battery charge level is made easy with the charge level indicator.
